BBQ Chicken Mini Pizza
Ingredients:
1 Orowheat® sandwich thin
1 1/2 tablespoons bbq sauce
1 ounce soy cheese
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1/2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons tomato, diced
1/4 cup grilled chicken, diced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Using 1 Orowheat® sandwich thin- split apart and toast in the oven for 5-6 min. Ladle on
1 1/2 tablespoons BBQ sauce on each pizza. Sprinkle soy cheese on top. Sprinkle green
onions, tomato, cilantro and the cooked chicken breast. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or
until pizza crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
